You need to download the LINE for PC app or LINE for Chrome, and log in to your LINE account. If you're using a PC that's shared with multiple people, we recommend logging out of LINE after your session.
You need a device that can receive text messages to create a LINE account. If you don't have a device that can receive text messages, you can verify your phone number with the option if your device supports voice calls.
To enable it, open the LINE app on your main device, tap the Home tab > > Privacy > and turn on Letter Sealing. Compare the key fingerprints on your device and your friend's device.
